The staff were heaps friendly, but the shower took ages to heat up, and the water wouldn't drain from the bath. Sweet as location, though!

The bed was creaky, but the new room had hot water all the time.

I loved how clean and modern the entire hotel felt right from the reception to the dining area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, going above and beyond to ensure a great experience, especially during breakfast when there were fantastic options. I also appreciated the lovely views from my room with a big bay window overlooking green spaces.

We absolutely loved the modern bathroom and enjoyed how clean everything was. The hotel is conveniently located close to the Metro, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, having our non-service dog with us was a huge bonus!

In my wife's opinion, the parking situation could be improved for families. There were limited spaces, which made it challenging during busy times.

The wallpaper choice is shocking, bathroom size disappointing, and the absence of an ironing board was frustrating!!! More attention to soundproofing would help reduce disturbances from guests!!! Not having air conditioning during warm weather is another letdown!!!
